HD Audio Recorder is just what you'd expect from an app with this name: a tool that lets you record audio using your Android. Whether the audio is recorded in high quality will depend more on the technical specs of your device than on the app itself.

In any case, HD Audio Recorder will generate audio files in AAC format with 16-bit PCM coding, which in theory should offer quite good quality. However, the best thing about this app is its inconspicuous, user-friendly interface. You can start recording with a single click and finish recording by tapping the screen again, which will generate the new audio file.
