In this theme there are frames with different colors.

Tip: Unmark the option at the play store that automatically add icons to the home screen.

If there are icons on your home screens that didn't change after you changed the theme then remove them from your home screen en add the icons from the menu of the launcher. You will see that if you then changed to another theme al the icons will automatically change to your new theme.
